ThinkTel’s Torren Manson is now a Lync Master!

ThinkTel Communications, one of the longest operating and most experienced providers of SIP-based telecommunications services in Canada, is pleased to announce that Senior Lync Consultant, Mr. Torren Manson, has earned a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (or MCSM) certification on the Lync Server 2013 platform. The MCSM on Lync Server 2013 confirms that Torren, and by extension ThinkTel Communications, have the extraordinary depth and breadth of skills necessary to effectively help partners implement a vast array of powerful communications options.

Torren, a 1995 graduate of Royal Roads Military College with a BSc in Computer Science and Earth Observational Sciences, also holds additional certifications in virtualization, networking, and IT security. With over 18 years of experience in the information technology industry, working in the areas of networks, servers, virtualization, IT security, and Unified Communications, he has been responsible for the analysis, design, management, and delivery of a large number of Lync installations. Torren’s extensive experience and strong inter-connectivity background form the base from which to successfully deliver complex, large-scale UC projects.
