Connection Process

ThinkTel establishes the network used to transit between the client’s mediation server(s) and our bank of Session Border Controllers (SBCs). We ensure that proper firewall rules are configured or implement a secured VPN connection between the client’s router and our network, or, alternatively, provide “secure as you make it” VPN router co-location.  We then configure the IP addresses of the customer switching equipment and the ThinkTel SBCs, perform a predetermined set of test calls with call analyzer testing provided back to the client, and customize and test any required SIP Trunk failover setup and/or Disaster Recovery considerations.
